Work

What I build and run myself. Not slides: live services, used every day.

Every project below is designed, coded, hosted and administered by me, on my own machines. It is concrete proof of the skills presented on the services page: automation, AI, system administration, sovereignty.

Lyra

Sovereign AI assistant

My personal technical assistant. She drives my servers, watches my mail, runs my automation and answers in natural language. Hosted at home, on my own machines. Depending on the task, she relies on models run locally or on remote services (Ollama): I choose each time what leaves the perimeter, and what does not.

Context
I wanted an assistant with no dependency on any web giant, with access to my real infrastructure, able to act on it, not just chat.
Solution
A multi-tool agent, wired to my servers over SSH and to language models run locally or in France. It reads my files, runs commands, monitors services, sends mail.
Result
A system running 24/7 that handles a real part of my operations: monitoring, reports, automation, voice support. Sensitive data stays on my machines; only the requests I authorise go out, to services I choose.

L'Aparté

Sovereign social network

A full social network, self-hosted, end-to-end encrypted. No web giant, no data resale, no advertising. Proof that digital sovereignty is not a slogan, but an architecture.

Context
Centralised social networks capture everything: messages, contacts, habits. I wanted a space that belongs to me, without giving up everyday comfort.
Solution
Application backend, database and real-time server, split into containers on a dedicated server. End-to-end message encryption, private keys that never leave the browser. In-house frontend.
Result
A working, independent social network operated in-house. Messages are encrypted client-side: the server carries them, it does not read them.
◆E2EE ◇PostgreSQL ▣WebSocket ◈Containers

Weather

Personal station

Live weather readings from a physical station set up in my garden, with history and web display. From the sensor to the public interface, the whole chain is mastered.

Context
I wanted to measure my own local climate, not rely on the rough readings of a distant service.
Solution
Weather station installed in the garden, wired to a local server. Readings are collected and stored in a database, exposed via an API, then rendered as web charts. All automated, with no manual intervention.
Result
A station running continuously, exposing its data and keeping history. A complete pipeline example: sensor, database, API, interface.
◆Sensors ◇History ▣API ◈Real time

Lunar calendar

Astronomical computation

Astronomical and lunar-phase computations, served on the web. A project at the crossroads of astronomy and code, made entirely at home, with no proprietary library.

Context
Lunar calendars on the web are either inaccurate or stuffed with advertising. I wanted mine, accurate, and with no dependency.
Solution
Astronomical computations implemented in-house, clear calendar display, accessible from any device.
Result
An accurate, sober tool, used regularly. Proof that a scientific computation can be cleanly served on the web.
◆Astronomy ◇Computation ▣Web ◈No ads

Boolean's Infrastructure

This very site

The showcase you are looking at. Designed, coded, hosted and administered by me, on my servers. No page builder, no rented CMS: controlled code, from start to finish.

Context
A showcase site must say what you can do. The best way to prove it: build it yourself and run it yourself.
Solution
Hand-written pages, sober interface, French/English bilingual, clean SEO (structured data, metadata), hosting on a server I administer myself.
Result
A fast site with no dependency on an external builder, editable in minutes. And consistency between the talk and the practice.
◆Hand-made ◇Bilingual ▣SEO ◈Self-hosted
